The board consists of JanGeert van der Post (chairman), Ria van Oostveen (secretary), Bart Simon (treasurer) and Hanneke Maasland.
Two employees work Wednesdays and Fridays at the office at Van Bleyswijckstraat and the others mostly work from home and for projects on location. New volunteers are very welcome to join.
All workers of the twinning are volunteers and do not receive any (financial) compensation for their work activities. They can, however, compensate the money they spend on the twinning.

Netwerk of partner cities
There are about 10 Dutch cities that are twinning with cities in Nicaragua. Zoetermeer twins with Jinotega and Tilburg twins with Matagalpa; these two Nicaraguan cities are relatively close to Estelí and therefore have a very similar economy. Estelí not only has a twinning with Delft, but also with Bielefeld (Germany), Sant Feliu (Spain) and Sheffield (England). These five cities get together once or twice a year to discuss joint projects.
